We don’t get coffee from Kenya very often, so it’s always an exciting time whenever we have it! This one comes from the Thaita Coffee Factory, which is part of the Inoi Farmers’ Cooperative Society. Aside from paying producers high returns for their crop, the cooperative aims to help them increase yield, improve crop quality, and make coffee-farming a more sustainable practice.
