We have bought coffee from the very innovative young producer, Jhone Lacerda for the past 3 seasons. His controlled fermentation natural has consistently been one of our favourite coffees of the year in each of those 3 seasons. This year we have been lucky enough to also get a hold of his washed Yellow Catuaí. Washed coffees from Brazil are quite rare, with the majority of coffee being processed either as naturals or pulped naturals. We’re really excited to compare the two processing methods side by side.
