We are really excited about this coffee, we haven’t seen a washed coffee with this profile from Ethiopia for at least a few years. This coffee is produced by smallholder farmers that live near the Worka Chalbesa washing station, they deliver cherry to the station where it is graded and processed. This coffee is very floral and has lovely bright acidity.
