This coffee is very exciting for us. We have been supporting this cooperative since late 2017 by buying their washed coffee for both our blends. These purchases helped to fund facilities at the cooperative like the QC facilities and drying beds that now allow these producers to produce this natural lot. This naturally processed microlot is of higher quality than the washed coffee that we usually buy, paying the producers a higher price for their coffee. We’re thrilled to have been a part of making this lot possible and to be able to share this with you.
This coffee has the classic crisp sweetness of a Colombian, backed up with sparkling notes of cherry and grapefruit. Drink it with milk or without.
